Max Lifchitz. (b. Mexico City, Mexico, 1948) is a classical pianist, composer, and conductor.〔Pytheas Center for Contemporary Music.http://www.pytheasmusic.org/lifchitz.html〕 Lifchitz was born and grew up in Mexico City. After one year of study in Mexico, he came to the United States in 1966〔 and graduated from The Juilliard School of Music and Harvard University.〔North South Consonance.
